Josie St. Peter
Founder
Josie is a practicing School Psychologist and owner of Relationship Kid, LLC. She has been working in setting IV special education since 2010, working with elementary through high school students being served under ASD, EBD, OHD, and DCD categories. Ms. St. Peter completed graduate training in School Psychology at the University of Washington’s College of Education. Ms. St. Peter is the developer of ECIT Sped (Educator Child Intervention Training for Special Education)s, a relationship-based professional development training. Ms. St. Peter was the recipient of the Minnesota School Psychology Association’s Ysseldyke Best Practices Award in 2023.
Jessica Koolick
Trainer
Jessica is a practicing School Psychologist, working in a setting IV special education program with students in kindergarten through eighth grade who require highly specialized programming and environment. Ms. Koolick is passionate about the adaptation of mental health and social/emotional/behavioral interventions to support unique learners’ needs, supporting students' executive functioning skills through instruction and accommodations, and teaching students self-advocacy skills to be able to share information about their disabilities and request necessary supports. Ms. Koolick completed her School Psychology training at the University of Minnesota.
